The owner may on occasion use the garage during guest reservations to retrieve items for work. Privacy is of the highest priority for guests and will not affect guests who stay. Guests have private use of the home, yard, and amenities listed.

Please text me if you leave early or earlier than the 11am check out time. Please take all trash out to front side of driveway and place in the trash cans. Turn off lights

Please turn the ac to 80 degrees when you leave if it’s summer time or 60 in the winter

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No garage use. Please don’t park cars that leak oil on the driveway
