High-quality, fully furnished upstairs holiday apartment for 4 people in a central location in Norddeich, about 500 metres from the North Sea.

The open-concept living and dining area is bathed in natural light and comfortably furnished. A corner sofa and a large TV in both the living room and upstairs invite you to enjoy long evenings watching TV. The extendable dining table seats 4 people, providing space to eat or play together. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator and dishwasher, an oven with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a kettle, a microwave, a coffee maker and a capsule coffee machine, as well as an air fryer, toaster, and an egg cooker. In addition, an iron, ironing board, and a clothes drying rack are available.

A cot is available for our youngest guests.

The furnished balcony offers a beautiful view of the neighbouring garden.

The shower room is equipped with a window, underfloor heating, and a bathroom radiator/towel warmer. A hair dryer is provided for your use.

Both bedrooms (one in the converted attic, accessible via a full staircase) feature double beds. There is another large TV on the upper floor.

In the courtyard, your bicycles will find a secure place to park in the lockable shed.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this property is rented for a minimum of five nights with no fixed changeover day.

The holiday rental is located in Norddeich, a popular coastal town on the East Frisian North Sea. Centrally located, the wide sandy beach, the harbour promenade, and numerous recreational activities—such as the seal sanctuary, the Ocean Wave water park, and mini-golf courses—are all within easy walking distance. The ferry terminal, with connections to the islands of Norderney and Juist, is right nearby. The surrounding area also offers many biking and hiking trails along the dikes, ideal for excursions into nature. A perfect location to enjoy the North Sea and East Frisia to the fullest.
