In addition to the “Koppke” sauna and swimming pool, you can spend your holiday here in a quiet yet central location, in this high-quality, fully tiled ground-floor apartment. The fishing harbour, cosy restaurants, and supermarket are just a few minutes away. The large wellness/sauna area at the newly opened “Koppke” is practically within walking distance—you can even go in your dressing gown.<br><br>Thanks to its central location and partially accessible design (floor-level shower with a folding seat, wider doors), the apartment is also suitable for people with mobility impairments and wheelchair users. The apartment is accessible; there is also a ramp leading to the apartment entrance in the outdoor storage shed.<br><br>Large living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen—renovated in 2022—featuring a refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, egg cooker, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, blender, toaster, electric kettle, and much more. <br><br>The dining area, featuring an extendable table, six chairs, and cosy, dimmable table lighting, was renovated at the end of 2022. The coffee table, which is now slightly taller, was also updated.<br><br>The shower room with toilet is equipped to be accessible for people with disabilities, featuring a toilet grab bar, a roll-up vanity cabinet, and a shower seat. The bathroom is also equipped with a washing machine, a clothes drying rack, an iron and ironing board, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer. There is also a separate guest bathroom. <br><br>The living-dining area and the bathroom feature adjustable floor heating. <br><br>2 bedrooms with blinds (1 double bed (new in 2024)—adjustable slatted frames—and 2 single beds with an additional TV). <br><br>Fly screens are installed on all windows and the patio door. <br><br>Free Wi-Fi (on-site registration required). The same goes for the lockable, spacious garden shed, which also offers space for your bicycles.<br><br>A parking space right next to the house is included with the apartment. One dog is also welcome with prior notice!<br><br>The “Maxim” apartment is located in the same building, directly above this one, should you need more space.<br><br>The holiday rental is situated in the picturesque fishing village of Greetsiel, one of the most popular holiday destinations on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Centrally located yet quiet, the historic harbour with its crab fishing boats, the famous twin windmills, and charming cafés, restaurants, and small shops are all within easy walking distance. The surrounding dyke landscape invites you to take walks, go on bike rides, and explore the vast expanse of East Frisia. With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the holiday rental is a perfect starting point for maritime adventures and relaxing holidays.<br><br>You’re welcome to add a laundry package as an optional extra.
