Great Property

Unfortunately the check in process was not the best with the key lock not functioning. We could not contact the manager immediately, but managed to sort it. Villa is in an excellent location, very well equipped, beds are extremely comfortable.

Fab home from home

This home was everything we wanted it to be. Fabulous location in a quiet and safe setting. The house was clean and had everything we needed, with a lovely welcome pack. The pool and hot tub were fabulous and definitely a hit with all the family. If we ever return to Orlando in the future, we would certainly stay again. Thank you X

Fabulous property and service

Loved our stay in this villa. Perfect location and extremely well appointed with thoughtful service from the owner including a welcome food and snack pack. Pool area is lovely with gorgeous view of the lake and we enjoyed the jacuzzi too although corners of the pool deck could do with a power wash! The interior is immaculate and beautifully presented with everything you could need. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

A beautiful property in a fantastic location

My family of 4 adults had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and clean property. It is in a fantastic location, just off 192 and is a short distance to all the parks (20 minutes at most to Disney and 30 to Universal). The villa was very clean, beautifully presented and had all the amenities you would want. The basket of snacks left for us was a lovely touch on our first day, as we arrived late in the evening. The pool is a highlight, not being overlooked at all and backing onto a beautiful lake, with lots of wildlife. You do feel as if you are living in the community, with neighbours stopping to say hello! Kathryne is an excellent host - she is very attentive and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure your stay is as pleasant and relaxing as possible. I would recommend this villa to anyone seeking a peaceful and luxurious home, while being close to all the attractions Orlando has to offer.

Can’t get closer to Disney!

Lovely clean property in an extremely convenient location. Literally eight minutes drive to Animal Kingdom. All the Disney parks can be reached without going on the I4. The pool area is fabulous but we didn’t get to use it as much as we would have liked because the weather was not great when we visited. We used the master suite downstairs with great big shower in the en-suite and put the kids upstairs. All questions (and I ask a lot) were answered promptly and courteously by Kathryne and I would not hesitate to recommend this villa.

The cleanliness and homely feel of this villa is outstanding.This is definitely a home from home. The bathrooms and showers are very modern and clean as is the decor throughout. We enjoyed playing pool on one of the best pool tables we have ever had in a villa and the pool and outside space was fantastic. Will book again and again.

Miller’s 1st Florida Holiday

Excellent villa!! Truly home from home with everything we needed and more! Lovely and spacious and the open plan layout works great for families to be together but still have their own space. Very clean. The pool was a great asset & we spent a lot of time there - great for kids & adults! Ideal location for parks, shopping & restaurants. The area is very quiet and the fountain in the middle of the lake was a picturesque bonus! Would return to this villa, and certainly recommend it without hesitation

Beautiful house on a serene pond with plenty of sunshine on the patio and deck. Location was so convenient to all the parks, restaurants and shopping. House was very clean and the owners were very nice to help us with any questions about our stay! We will be back!

Best stay ever!

We stayed in Disney area houses before but this is by far the best! The house was on a quiet cul-de-sac on a beautiful pond and very close to the theme parks. The house was impeccably clean and neat. The owner came by to check on us and was very nice and accommodating. The kids enjoyed the pool it was a challenge to get them out to go to the parks. Would highly recommend this property to anyone. Fantastic villa, great location

We absolutely loved the villa. This was our 3rd Florida vacation and by far the best overall villa we've stayed in. The location is great - after busy days in the theme parks etc it was great to come back and relax and sit out overlooking the wonderful lake and its fountain, and the wildlife. Its ideally situated as its only a 5~10 min drive to all the Disney parks and approx 20mins to Universal. The local supermarket and a few other shops are only a 2~3 min drive. The property itself is in very condition and has obviously been well maintained. Upon arrival it was extremely clean and well presented. All 3 upstairs bedrooms were very comfortable and had plenty of room - the one Disney themed twin room making it very appealing for our young son. The downstairs bedroom was again very comfortable with a more than adequate en-suite. The spacious kitchen and living area were great for socialising and chilling out when we needed some downtime. There were plenty of glasses, mugs, cutlery, plates etc - something that in our experience can be lacking as they don't get replaced over time but this was definitely not the case and it was well stocked. The large dining/living room was again more than sufficient - we didn't use the living area of the dining room as the main living room catered for what we wanted. The outside area was excellent - the lounge area around the pool was nice, the furniture very comfortable and relaxing especially for early morning breakfasts looking over the lake. The pool was good - my only criticism would be that for the amount it gets used it didn't appear to have had a thorough clean as I would have expected - the pool guy came every few days to treat it and overall it was well maintained but there was quite an amount of debris and a little algae on the floor that could easily have been sorted had it been hoovered. That said I don't want to take away from the fact that this did by no way impact on our holiday and we really enjoyed the pool. The owner, Kathryne, could not have been more accommodating, supportive and friendly. From the moment we booked the villa she was very cooperative, answered any questions etc we had very promptly. Would we go back to this villa? YES! most definitely. Will we go back? YES!

Excellent villa in great location

Returning for the 4th visit to Kathryne's villa says it all- fantastic as ever. Great location for Disney. Bright and spacious. Well maintained . Lovely south facing pool not overlooked looking onto a lake. The property description and photographs show how lovely the villa is. Look forward to returning to be able to spend more time at villa relaxing!

Fantastic Location, Fantstic House, Fantastic Owner!!

This was the first time we have booked a villa separately from the main holiday companies so were a little dubious of the process. Kathryn, the owner was excellent, answered all my questions and helped with the booking. A few weeks before we arrived we were sent all the access codes to the villa. Having been to Florida many times before we knew where we wanted to be location wise, this Villa could not be better placed. 5 - 10 minute drive to all Disney Parks, especially Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios. Its also very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Approximately 15 - 30 minutes to Sea World, & Universal depending on traffic. The Villa itself was large, 4 bedrooms, 3 doubles and a twin Disney themed one for the kids. All had TV's, Air Con, Fans etc. The Villa was very clean and well maintained. Pool cleaned weekly. Kitchen well stocked with utensils and plates for what you need for cooking and drinking. Pool area is large as is the pool. Pool is excellent for children, ours are 6 and 8 and they could stand in half of the pool before it went too deep for them. There is also a poolside shower and WC. Garage is fitted out with pool table and table football, we had many tournaments!! We had a slight issue with the air-con halfway through the holiday, but the owner had it fixed almost immediately with a lovely maintenance man who did the job. Overall we had a lovely stay and we are desperate to come back!! Katheryn the owner is lovely, nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely book again.

Lovely house in a great location

We had a wonderful 3 weeks staying in Kathryne's lovely villa... it was everything we hoped it would be ....the area was great and so easy to get to all the parks. We will be returning in 2019 and will definitely stay here again..

Our perfect oasis

We have recently returned home from our fourth stay at this beautiful villa. We love this place. It is super clean, spacious and comfortable and is well equipped with everything you could need. We have had family from age 1 to 81 join us and this home easily accommodated all. The pool area is large with lots of seating and overlooks the lake with the fountain. We enjoy watching the different birds and the squirrels playing. It is a very peaceful and relaxing environment. The villa is located in a well kept, quiet neighbourhood yet only minutes to stores, restaurants, Disney and other amenities. The home owner, Kathryne, is very welcoming and available if needed. She is delightful and we always look forward to seeing her when we come. We are very lucky to have found Kathryne and this beautiful home and have already made plans for our next stay. Beautiful villa in a perfect location

This is our second stay at this villa. The villa is bright, spacious, well equipped and very clean. It is only minutes from a good selection of restaurants and shops. We loved the peace and quiet, especially in the evenings beside the pool, looking out over the pond. The perfect remedy after a busy day at the parks. Our hostess Kathryne was always on call if anything was needed.. she is one of a kind! Highly recommended.

Jackson Family WEST VIRGINIA

My family and I absolutely loved this beautiful 4-bedroom house! I must say the property description and photos were accurate and I was very impressed when I arrived. The house is well-maintained and was very clean including the pool and patio areas. The kitchen was spotless and furnished with every dish and utensils that we needed. The perfect Villa

We have stayed in 4 different villas in the greater Orlando area, and can say this was the best villa by far. We were lucky enough to be able to stay for four weeks. It is located in a pefect location, just a short distance off the Hwy 192, which means it is so close to all the attractions, a great selection of restaurants, and shops. It is in a quiet neighbourhood of Oak Island Harbour with one of the best views of the lake. The villa is well maintained and spotlessly clean. It is comfortable with plenty of space. It is stocked with all modern conveniences.The kitchen had appliances catering for both the North American and Europen market. There are plenty of kitchen accessories, good quality towels, and the necessary basic requirements like soap and toilet rolls to commence your stay. It has a very large flat screen television in the living room with a wide selection of channels, and great internet connection. Beds are very comfortable, with televisions in each room. Kathryne the owner is immensely helpful. We were taking a disabled child on holidays and worried for his safety, however Kathryne was reassuring that all our child's safety needs would be catered for her in her villa. We then could relax and all enjoy the holiday. Kathryne was only a phone call away, and a minor issue (an appliance requiring a change of battery) was dealt with professionally and speedily. We would totally recommend this villa for a comfortable property in an ideal location, which will exceed your expectations. We know where we will be staying in the near future, when we return to Orlando for a further vacation! Thank you Kathryne.

Location, location, location.

Staying in this villa really was a dream come true. From the moment you open the front door it has the wow factor. The interior is beautiful with all home comforts and a real feel of luxury. The games room and huge tv were a Godsend in the rain storms. However, it was the fantastic swimming pool and spa that stole the show for us. It is south facing, overlooking a lake and provided wonderful relief from the summer temperatures. The area is so quiet and I felt safe enough to go out running at 6am. The villa wins again with its proximity to all of the Disney parks. You would be hard pushed to be closer without staying on Disney property. There is a supermarket and gas station within a 3 minute drive and some lovely restaurants close by on the 192 - Bahama Breeze won hands down with my lot. We have stayed in two other villas on previous visits but this one wins hands down. The service we received from Kathryne the owner was excellent. I cannot recommend the villa highly enough. Our only disappointment was that we had to come home.

Home from Home

We have been back here three times since our last review. (SIX visits in total!) Nothing has changed, it has still got to be one of the best situated properties in the area. As always the owner, Kathryne, is only a phone call away and is only too willing to be of assistance should it be required. We have said it all before and others who have submitted reviews appear to have agreed with us. Read them - we cannot all be wrong!
