Appartement 05 - Villa San Remo

Our Apartment 5 on the ground floor was renovated in the winter of 2024–25 and now shines in new splendour. At approximately 30 square metres, the apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay for up to 2 people. The new, modern kitchenette is fully equipped with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, an oven with an integrated microwave, a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.

The combined living and sleeping area invites you to relax. Enjoy cosy evenings in the new armchairs at the dining table for two before spending a restful night in the comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm). In the morning, the sun greets you on the furnished balcony facing southeast.

A new wardrobe offers plenty of storage space for your clothes. The naturally lit bathroom, also freshly renovated, features a shower, toilet, sink, heated towel rack, and a hair dryer—ideal for a great start to the day.

Wi-Fi and a parking space are, of course, included in the price. For our youngest guests up to and including 2 years of age, we’re happy to provide a high chair and/or a cot free of charge upon request.
In this apartment, a maximum of 2 pets are allowed for a fee.

Centrally located and close to the beach, our seaside villa on the sunny island of Usedom is the ideal place for you to relax. From the very first day of your holiday, the cosy and modern furnishings of the house will ensure your relaxation. In Germany’s sunniest region, we offer you 12 flexibly bookable and renovated apartments for 2 to 4 people. We’ve also got you covered for getting around: parking spaces right next to the building and lockable bicycle storage are available free of charge.

Apartments 1, 2, and 3 were tastefully modernised in 2022, and apartments 5 through 12 were modernised in 2025. Apartment 4 underwent a partial renovation in 2025.

In apartments 1–5, 7, and 8, a maximum of 2 pets are allowed for a fee. The dog beach is located just 800 metres away towards Bansin.

Experience the healthy seaside climate, stroll along the lively beach promenade or through stunning nature reserves, and enjoy the unique seaside resort architecture of the Kaiserbad. Visit the Heringsdorf pier, which is within walking distance, and the Usedom Baltic Sea Spa is also just a few kilometres away.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
