About this property

Quietly located vacation home near the beach & harbor in Carolinensiel - WLAN+pets

The house Krabbenpadd 24a is about 15 minutes walk from the beach, port and town center in a very quiet location. It is only 400m to the Cliner Quelle spa center. A lot is offered here for relaxation as well as for children. And whatever the weather!

The house consists of a ground floor, first floor and a loft. There is space for up to 4 adults in a double room and two single rooms. A children's side bed is also provided. You are also welcome to bring your pet with you. You can park your car in the hotel's own parking space.
Since it is a row-end house, you have your own entrance, as well as your own terrace with garden furniture, so that you will not be disturbed by other guests.

There is a guest toilet on the ground floor and a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine on the upper floor.

The kitchen is separate, with a dining area and fully equipped.

Schöne Wohnung für einen Kurzurlaub

Leider hat die Verwaltung vor Ort auf unsere E-Mail nicht reagiert. Wir bemängelten die kaputte Glühlampe Schlafzimmer und die fehlenden. Letztere konnten in der Kurverwaltung auch nicht abgeholt werden, da diese gerade renoviert wurde. Im Großen und Ganzen war aber alles in Ordnung.

Caroliensiel ist eine Reise wert

Die Umgebung liegt Zentral. Alles gut zu Fuß oder mit xem Fahrad zu erreichen. Die Wohung ist soweit gut ausgestattet, Geschirrspüler fehlt, für eine Familie mit Kindern nicht so gut. Sonst ok.

Danke für die Bewertung. Die Spülmaschine wurde ja nicht angegeben im Inserat, das war ja schon vorher klar :-) Warum ist die Wohnung für Kinder nicht geeignet, das würde mich interessieren, höre ich zum ersten Mal.

Schönes Haus,mit Renovierungsbedarf

Das Haus liegt in einem Wohngebiet ,füssläufig zum Strand mit Kleinkind zu weit.Mit Fahhrad oder Bollerwagen gut möglich. Ein paar Erneuerungen wären schon angebracht,das Ehebett knarrt bei jeder Bewegung,das man denkt es bricht zusammen. Das die Küche keine Spülmaschine besitzt hatte ich leider überlesen!Ausserdem ist diese auch schon sehr in die Jahr gekommen,genauso wie das Laminat vorallem im 1.OG. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür und zweischenklige Terrasse sind top.Ebenso war die Waschmaschine mit Kleinkind sehr gut,allerdings klingt diese, als wenn in dem Bad ein Flugzeug startet.

Das Haus war sehr sauber. Wohnzimmer gemütlich und Küche wunderbar eingerichtet. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man am Strand, der leider gepflastert (!) ist. Auch trifft man ständig auf Hundeverbotsschilder. Schade. Sehr schönen, naturnahen Hundestrand findet man in Schillig. Aber das Haus ist top!

Toller Urlaub

Wir waren vom Tag der Buchung an begeistert. Buchung, Abwicklung und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter waren perfekt. Die Ferienwohnung hat unseren Vorstellungen in vollem Umfang entsprochen. Auch an der Ausstattung blieben keine Wünsche offen. Wir werden bei nächster Gelegenheit gerne wieder kommen.

Gute Lage zwischen Carolinensieler Museumshafen und Strand in Harlesiel - beides in 30 Minuten zu Fuss gemütlich erreichbar. Das Haus hat eine gute Aufteilung und Ausstattung. Wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt.

Alles in allem ganz okay, wenngleich das Mobiliar, besonders im Wohnzimmer, doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist. Küchengeräte recht vollständig, Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Die Dusche müsste dringend eine neue Armatur bekommen. Parkplatz vorm Haus ist praktisch. Sitzplatz nicht sehr einladend. Die Lage ist okay.

Ferienwohnung Carolinensiel Krabbenpadd 24 a

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz.Ideal für Familien mit Kinder,außerdem sind auch Haustiere willkommen.Die Lage ist optimal,das Zentum bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.Neben dem separaten Eingang ist auch ein Pkw Stellplatz vorhanden.Wir haben uns hier ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt !
