You’ll be staying right on the car-free beach promenade in the renovated Villa Strandidyll at Beach Access 25.
Built in the traditional seaside resort architectural style, you’ll enjoy views of the Baltic Sea and the beach promenade. In our Apartment 15, your dog is welcome to join you on holiday.
Via direct beach access No. 25, you’ll reach the wide, kilometer-long, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach of the most beautiful Baltic Sea resort on the island of Rügen.

Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., or by telephone arrangement.

On the day of departure, you may use your apartment until 10:00 a.m.

You may bring your own towels and bed linens or book them in advance:

A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the building’s basement (for a fee).

A bike storage room is available for shared use.

The rental agreement is concluded exclusively between the guest and the owner of the rented apartment.

Welcome to our charming holiday rental in the attic of Villa Strandidyll – just a few steps from the fine sandy beach. The approximately 36 m² studio apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay by the sea.

The light-filled living and sleeping area features an open layout and is equipped with a practical kitchenette. Here you’ll find a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle—perfect for quick snacks between meals.

The 1.80 m wide double bed, which is visually separated from the living area by a fabric curtain, comfortably sleeps two people. The sleeper sofa can be converted into another cosy sleeping spot in no time—ideal for a third person.

A highlight is the stunning ocean view, which you can enjoy directly from the apartment through the glass-enclosed dormer window. The apartment also comes with its own beach chair on the beach—your very own prime spot on the Baltic Sea.

Experience relaxing days right on the Binz beach promenade—in a stylish atmosphere and a prime location.

Sehr schön die direkte Strandlage und das rundum Sorglospaket mit Parkplatz und Fahrradraum. Auch die Aussicht war genial,natürlich heißt Aussicht Treppen steigen,aber bei so vielen schönen Lokalitäten kann ein wenig Sport nicht schaden.Es hat alles gepasst.

Tolles und tadelloses Feriendomizil, mit Blick auf die Ostsee und Meeresrauschen im Ohr. Sehr gesch.

Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt in einem mondänen Badeort an der Ostsee. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Ich würde wieder buchen

Es war ein toller Wochenendausflug für uns. Morgens aufzuwachen und gleich auf‘s Meer blicken zu können wo gerade die Sonne aufgeht ist einfach unbezahlbar! In der Unterkunft haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und hatten alles da, was wir brauchten. Vielen Dank

Der Raum war sehr schön, wie beschrieben. Der Blick aus dem Fenster auf die Ostsee wunderschön. Die Nähe zur Ortsmitte sehr angenehm. Leider nachts ein Brummen aus der Dunstabzugshaube.

Traumhafter Ausblick

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war super. Sehr freundlich und toller Austausch um Zugang zur Wohnung zu gelangen. Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss. Kein Aufzug aber Training für den Pops. Es ist eine kleine gemütliche Wohnung. Alles dabei was man brauch. Eine Handseife und ein zeitgemäßer Staubsauger wären die einzigen Verbesserungsvorschläge. Ansonsten ist der Ausblick unbezahlbar. Wir hätten können ewig raus schauen können. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder! Lieben Dank!

Hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Nur die vielen Treppen sind für die ältere Generation nicht so gut. Sonst top.
