I fell in love with the view and thoroughly enjoyed the process of sculpting the land to what it is now.

What makes this property unique

The Perch is situated only feet from the edge of the mountain which amplifies the views from the back deck and hot tub. The layout of the a-frame is truly unique and the atmosphere is extremely cozy.
