The "Lucia 3" holiday rental is located in the "Lucia" building, which is on Luciusstraße. The "Lucia" building underwent a complete renovation and was completed in the fall of 2015. Apartment No. 3 is on the top floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. The North Beach and the Surf Café are just 400 metres away, and shopping, cafés, and the Kurplatz are all within a few minutes’ walk.

The apartment is new and modernly furnished. Warm colours, plenty of wood, and natural fabrics dominate the interior design. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, each equipped with a box-spring bed. It also features a living room with an open-concept kitchen and dining area. A highlight of the apartment is the rooftop terrace with a seating area and a lounge chair. The apartment has a fiber-optic internet connection with good transmission quality. In the courtyard, a shed provides space to store bicycles or a stroller. Dogs are not allowed in this holiday rental.
