Whether you’re unwinding outside in the designated lounge/fire pit area or inside, planning your next adventure, this amazing spot offers a welcoming vibe. Must notify Host of 3rd occupancy. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IN APARTMENT/ON PROPERTY. Parking limited to 1 vehicle only. No boat, trailer, ATV parking. Wash, dry, and put away all kitchen supplies.
**NO PROCESSING/CLEANING OF FISH/GAME On PROPERTY OR IN APARTMENT** **DO NOT USE POTS/PANS/BAKING PANS INSIDE CHARCOAL GRILL** Do Not cut on counters or table, use Cuttingboards provided.
$50.00 charge per night for 3rd person occupancy. Notify Host for Futon bedding for 3rd guest. Place bagged trash in trash tote with red lid by the picnic/fire pit area. Secure tote lid.

Close to numerous boat launch sites to include Eagle Rock. Close to Kenai beach and Soldotna's Wednesday market that hosts vendors with merchandise, food trucks, live music, and drinks.
