The house—which we like to call the “Hay Hotel”—is surrounded by fields and is located in a quiet area, about 300 metres from the end of a dead-end road that leads into the woods. The neighbouring properties are about 100 metres away on both sides, guaranteeing you complete privacy. Located between Anklam and Wolgast, it takes about 20 minutes by car to reach the Baltic Sea beach on the island of Usedom. The neighbouring towns of Hohensee and Pulow also feature beautiful lakes that are perfect for swimming.
Our natural garden covers just under 3,000 square metres and consists of lawns, natural meadows, a herb hill, and fruit trees; it also features a pond with frogs, amphibians, and other animals. The garden’s natural state also attracts many species of birds. In the spring and fall, migratory birds rest in the surrounding fields, which can be easily observed from our property. At night, there is a wonderful tranquility (the village road is about 1 km away as the crow flies), and on cloudless nights, countless stars can be seen. With a little patience, you can also spot numerous shooting stars in the summer.
The house has 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, making it ideal for families (high chair available). One of the bedrooms is a walk-through room leading to the third bedroom. There is also a living room/library with a TV and a fireplace, which you’re welcome to use. Gas heating is also available for the colder months. Of course, you’re welcome to bring your pets, but please note that the garden isn’t completely fenced in.
Please note that we do not provide bed linens or towels; you’ll need to bring your own. Thank you very much.
We look forward to your visit.
