Welcome to the “leucht blick” vacation home—your very own personal retreat in an idyllic and peaceful setting on Fehmarn. The name says it all: From the upper floor, you can enjoy the evening view of the Flügge Lighthouse in Orth—an atmospheric highlight that makes this house so special. With 75 m² of living space, this lovingly designed home accommodates up to 4 guests and up to three dogs—ideal for couples, small families, or close friends looking to enjoy peace, nature, and the sea.

Thanks to its unique architecture—featuring two separate living levels connected by an outdoor staircase—you’ll experience an exceptional level of privacy and open space here—perfect for anyone who wants to truly unwind on vacation. Two parking spaces right in front of the house make your arrival hassle-free.

On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy bedroom with two single beds and a guest restroom. From here, you can access the enclosed courtyard—sheltered from the wind and fully fenced, ideal for sunbathing or letting your dogs run around safely. The courtyard leads to the spacious garden with plenty of lawn: enough space for dogs, for drying surf gear, or for storing SUPs.

An outdoor staircase leads to the light-filled upper floor, featuring a cozy bedroom with a double bed, a separate kitchen, a living and dining area with plenty of space to relax, and a modern shower room. Here, Nordic charm meets a relaxed living atmosphere. The kitchen is well-equipped—including a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and air fryer—though it does not have an oven.

In front of the upper floor, the lawn stretches westward with a view of the garden and the Baltic Sea. Whether enjoying breakfast in the morning sun or dinner at sunset with a view of the lighthouse—this is where unforgettable vacation moments are made.

Well-connected and entertained: The house features a fiber-optic connection with speeds of up to 1,000 Mbit/s—whether you’re streaming, working from home, or just quickly checking the surfing conditions, nothing lags here. Three smart TVs with Netflix ensure there’s never a dull moment—even on rainy days—whether you’re in the living room or relaxing in bed.

Water sports fans, take note: Just a few steps away, you’ll find one of Fehmarn’s most popular spots for standing-up paddleboarding—ideal for kitesurfing, windsurfing, or stand-up paddleboarding.

Note: Due to the outdoor staircase, the house is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.


Complex:

Westerbergen consists of a small vacation village right on the water and a few houses situated a short distance away on a hill.

The water off the nearby island of Warder is no deeper than chest-high and is therefore warmer than along other stretches of Fehmarn’s coast. Surfers love this spot because they find the best conditions here in the standing-water area. Just one kilometer away is Lemkenhafen, with its excellent seafood restaurants and marina. There’s also a surf and kite school there.

The neighboring town of “Gold” is only about a 10-minute walk away. Away from the hustle and bustle of the surfers and kiters in this town, you can still enjoy the secluded bay of Westerbergen. Relax and unwind.

A lovely excursion takes you to the Flügge Lighthouse, which “winks” at you every evening with its beacon. You’re sure to never forget the unique sunsets.

In the neighboring village of Lemkenhafen, just 800 meters away, you’ll find restaurants, cafés, and, of course, the famous Aalkate, a bike and boat rental, a surfing and kitesurfing school, and the Mill Museum. The nearest ALDI and EDEKA are in Petersdorf, about 4 km away.
