Die Wohnung war insgesamt sauber und Hunde freundlich. Sie war sehr gut ausgestattet. Gefehlt haben nur ein paar mehr große Kaffeebecher und Wassergläser gab es keine. Das Mobiliar ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, genau wie die Deko und die Vorhänge. Da wäre eine Modernisierung wirklich dringend nötig. Im Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss, gibt es Schimmel hinter dem Vorhang unter dem Fenster, über der Fußleiste. Wahrscheinlich durch falsches Lüften. Der Abstellraum im Untergeschoss hat einen Teppichboden, der sehr fleckig ist. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, die pro 2 Stunden 2 Euro kostet. Da man in der Wohnung keinen Durchzug machen kann, weil es nur auf einer Seite Fenster gibt, wäre ein Ventilator schön gewesen, da es schnell warm und stickig geworden ist bei sommerlichen Temperaturen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral, was super war.
