-Exterior cameras with audio are in use. *Government issued photo ID must match each individual and may be requested prior to and at any time during the rental period.
*Lease agreement must be signed by and adhered to by both parties.
* If Guest/Tenant’s combined electric and water utilities exceed pre-determined limits for monthly rental period, the Owner will contact Guest/Tenant, provide a copy of the bill and request any overage amount. Guest/Tenant agrees to pay that fee(s) to the Host/Owner promptly. Due to the billing cycle, utility bill may be sent to Guest/tenant after departure.

Due to septic system, only use single ply toilet paper. Toilet paper is the only thing to be flushed down toilet. No coffee grounds, grease or anything that may clog the kitchen or bathroom pipes
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
