Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remove trash from trashcan and set on the property side of the road
Take all towels and washcloths that are used in place in bathtub
Please turn off all lights, heating and air and tv’s off
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely no smoking at all on property anywhere!
No pets allowed. Guest will be removed if pets are on property.
All guests must be accounted for.If not there could be extra fees and possibly eviction.

This is the perfect cozy retreat for 2. We loved the hot tub on the screened in porch. Great atmosphere, no bugs! It's in a great location for hiking GSMNP and also close enough to grocery stores and restaurants.

Property was clean and well kept. Little bit of confusion when I first got there cause there’s a 125A and 125B but it’s pretty easy to tell from the pictures which one you’re staying in. Great experience.
