A great place for large groups with mixed ages! This house has the perfect main floor layout for kids and adults to share the space without being cramped. The bedrooms were all lovely, and the memory foam beds were very comfortable. One thing to note for families is that there are 2 bedrooms on the same floor as the kids bunk room. For our group it worked, but I feel like that’s helpful to know before booking for logistics sake. The kitchen had brand new appliances, even a pancake griddle & slow cooker which we don’t see often in rentals. Plenty of adult & kid cups/dishes/cutlery too. The main room had plenty of seating, but a very slippery rug which hopefully they’ll pin down better for the next group so no one trips. The bathrooms were fine, but could use some towel racks and we mentioned that to the host at checkout. We didn’t use the hot tub or sauna so I can’t speak to those, but the kids playset was fantastic! The neighborhood itself was amazing for kids. Lots of playgrounds, pools, and beach areas to explore. On the rainy day we were able to utilize the family game room they have in the neighborhood which was a lifesaver. Check-in & check-out was a breeze, and not having to worry about stripping beds or starting laundry before getting out of there was so helpful. We had a couple suggestions upon leaving that we passed along to the host, but they were very receptive and communicated with us incredibly well from booking to checkout.

Thanks for the thoughtful review! We’re so glad the main-floor layout worked well for your mixed-age group and that the memory-foam beds were comfortable. Great to hear the new kitchen appliances — and the pancake griddle — came in handy, and that the playset and neighborhood had plenty for the kids. Thanks for pointing out the two bedrooms near the bunk room; that’s useful for future families and we’ll note it more clearly in the listing. We’ve passed along your feedback about the slippery rug and towel racks to our maintenance team and will secure the rug and look into adding towel bars. Really appreciate you sharing suggestions at checkout and for the kind words about our communication and the easy check-in/check-out. Thanks again for the 5 stars — hope we can host you all again sometime!
