• This home does not have AC. Sliding glass doors, ceiling fans, portable fans, and ocean breezes help keep the condo comfortable.
• The condo includes radiant heating for cooler seasons.
• The building is older, so sound may carry between neighboring units. Please be mindful of noise inside the home.
• HOA safety regulations do not allow a fire pit or traditional outdoor BBQ. A small smokeless grill is available for use on the deck.
• Access is available by elevator or two flights of stairs. The elevator is operated by the HOA and may rarely be unavailable due to repairs.
• All mattresses are medium-firm with pillow tops. Guests who require very firm beds may want to consider this before booking.
• Keyless entry is provided, with a backup key available in a lockbox.
