OUR HOME
This thoughtfully designed upper-level retreat radiates a relaxed, "bohemian-coastal" charm. Occupying the entire upper level, your private three-bedroom, two-bathroom sanctuary is the perfect backdrop for seaside memories. Sink into premium cloud like sofa for movie night on the flat-screen TV. Whether you are brewing your morning coffee or whipping up a gourmet feast in the fully stocked kitchen, every detail is tailored for effortless entertaining and total relaxation. Relax on the quaint private patio with your glass of wine and charcuterie board, and your own BBQ!
The primary bedroom features a premium Queen bed, desk workspace and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom features a Queen bed, Smart TV and a sleeper sofa, perfect for one additional adult. The 3rd bedroom is a favorite spot for kids! It features a Full over Full Bunk bed and a Smart TV, the perfect spot to enjoy the whimsical collection of children's books and toys, making it a dream space for younger travelers.

PARKING
• There is one garage parking space is that available for one SUV that is 17 feet/204 inches long, 7 feet/84 inches wide and the opening end of garage door is 6.5 feet/78 inches high. This is a SHARED space with the downstairs home occupying the other garage parking spot. It also includes an EV charger.
• Additional overnight parking includes street parking as well as nearby public and pay parking lots.
BUILDING FEATURES
Unique 2-unit building, the other home is a 2br/1ba retreat. Our guests have the option to rent one unit or both units for a combined 5 bedroom | 3 full bathroom offering that sleeps up to 13 guests with a quick stroll to the ocean and dining!

SHOPPING & DINING! Just steps away is the main street, Mission Blvd., with endless shopping, dining, and entertainment. Our guests are provided a comprehensive list of recommended local eats and discount codes for rental shops.
WATER ACTIVITIES! If you are looking for something other than boogie boarding and swimming in the ocean, we are located just across the street from Mission Bay and water rentals shops, including jet skiing, wakeboarding, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and boating.
ATTRACTIONS! Enjoy a full day of family fun at Belmont Park located a short 5-minute bike ride or 15-minute walk away, SeaWorld San Diego is a short 5-minute drive, and the world famous San Diego Zoo is located just 15-minutes from our beach home! POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests and non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premises without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
