The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Strip all used beds ( Do not remake used beds) Pile all used sheets and towels on the floor Please close all windows and doors
Return the Key in the lockbox For Lost key you will be charged additional $500
Make sure to bring trash out. Bins are infront of the house
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I chose the Hudson Valley because it gives me the best of both worlds, close enough to New York City for a quick getaway, yet surrounded by beautiful towns, nature, and peaceful scenery.

I love that life here feels a little slower and more relaxed, while there’s still so much to explore. From local wineries and farms to incredible restaurants, talented artists, hiking trails, and charming small towns, there’s always something new to discover.

It’s a place where you can slow down, reconnect, enjoy amazing food, and truly take a break from the busy pace of city life.

What makes our home unique is the beautiful, private setting where loved ones can truly come together. With space to host up to 25–30 guests, it’s the perfect place for a big family reunion, celebration, or getaway with friends.

We’re also ideally located near some of the Hudson Valley’s most beautiful and charming towns, including Kingston, Woodstock, New Paltz, Poughkeepsie, and Rhinebeck. You can enjoy the peacefulness of the countryside while still being close to great restaurants, local farms, wineries, art, and outdoor adventures.

Getting here is easy too. The Hudson Valley is just about a 1 hour and 40 minute train ride from New York City, and our home is only about 18 minutes from the Poughkeepsie train station.

It’s more than just a place to stay. It’s a place to gather, slow down, reconnect, and create unforgettable memories with the people you love.
