The villa boasts an elegant, fully furnished private outdoor area, including a pool, open terrace, covered terrace and balcony. Please ensure that children are always supervised by adults in the pool area.



The location is ideal, as you are close to restaurants and beach bars, and sunset boat trips around the Sancti Petri castle are available in the area.



The property offers 4 parking spaces. Families with children and one pet are allowed for a fee. Smoking, moving furniture or placing mattresses on the floor are not permitted.



Bicycles are available for rent and airport or train station pick-up can be arranged for an additional fee. Cleaning service is included in your booking. Physiotherapist and personal trainer services, as well as a wine bar and pre-arrival shopping service, are also available for an extra charge.
