"Are you dreaming of a luxurious holiday in the idyllic Istrian countryside?"



The luxury holiday home with the beautiful name MaEm truly offers a wonderful feeling for the relaxing holiday of your dreams. It is located in the medieval town of Svetvincenat. Up to 8 adults + 2 children can find space here and can use the extraordinary luxury with a heated 34 m2 pool and whirlpool. The pool heating is for both the pool and the whirlpool, meaning either both are heated or not. The pool/whirlpool heating is charged extra. In other words, the temperature of the pool & jacuzzi is always the same.



This villa has a beautiful view of the sea. On the ground floor of the villa is the beautiful, bright living room with access to the terrace and pool. Here you will also find the dining area and a fully equipped, modern kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows not only provide plenty of light, but also a magnificent view of the wonderful, green surroundings, while a combination of modern design, high quality fittings and the best materials creates a warm and luxurious atmosphere.



There is also a cozy bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. Another three bedrooms are air-conditioned and are located on the first floor. All bedrooms have a private bathroom for maximum comfort.

In total there are 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, one bedroom with ensuite bathroom also has its own sauna, shower and massage bath.

Enjoy the benefits of a professionally equipped summer kitchen with a beautiful fireplace, large dining table and relaxing lounge area suitable for any season. A large glass door leads you directly to the large, carefully tended garden that surrounds the luxury holiday home.



The beaches that are nearby are located next to the idyllic fishing town of Fazana (22 km) with a beautiful harbor where tourists take boats to go to one of the most beautiful national parks in Croatia - Brijuni. You can find many tourist activities in the beautiful town of Rovinj (23 km), but be sure to visit the regional capital, Pula.

Fantastic modern house with great pool at lovely location

Fantastic salty pool with great house. Thanks for the service and was a pleasure to stay at your house. Great web site with tips and recommendations. Enjoyed all activities in Puma and lovely beaches close by. Went on dolphin tour and saw gladiator games in the Pula arena. House was very clean and had great beds and airco was fantastic Nothing to improve. Keep it as it is

A perfect family holiday in this beautiful villa

The Villa is beautiful, very modern and new. The hosts did everything to make us feel welcome and were easy to contact and very quick to react. The villa itself is modern with pretty much everything you need for a perfect holiday. The pool is great, and the pool heating helped us to get the most out of our stay in May. You have your privacy but feel safe with three other houses located nearby. Very nice and relaxed atmosphere. We will surely come back :). There are no shops nearby that you can walk to. But it doesn&#39t really matter. The location is still great, only 10-15 minutes drive to the sea.

Wir hatten wundervolle 14 Tage in Kroatien und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt

Die Villa bietet alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Viel Platz, toller Pool mit Whirlpool, Outdoorgrill, gut ausgestattete Küche und schön eingerichtet Zimmer mit separaten Bädern. Die Villa liegt etwas abseits und man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto fürs Einkaufen oder um an Meer zu kommen. Uns war das aber absolut bewusst und wir haben die abgelegene ruhige Gegend sehr genossen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sabsoult unkompliziert, nett und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Danke! Leider gibt es im Außenbereich nur ein großen Holztisch mit 2 Holzbänken. Hier sitzt man bei gemütlichen Abendstunden doch sehr hart und es wird nach einiger Zeit ungemütlich. Hier fehlen Kissen oder evtl. auch eine gemütliche Lounge oder 2-3 Outsdoor-Sessel zum Sitzen. Eine tolle Anschaffung wären 2-3 Fahrräder um auch mal ohne Auto in den nächsten Ort oder zum Bäcker zu fahren.

Villa accogliente Nuova e molti servizi

Villa nuova con impianti elettrici e servizi nuovissimi , pulita e curata in ogni punto dal giardino alle camere , siamo pianamente soddisfatti. Nulla , l’unico peccato ( ma non è una critica) e che la sauna e all’interno di una stanza e quindi non usufruibile a tutti ma per noi non è stato un problema.
