Cosy holiday apartment with a garden in a stylish villa by the Schwanenteich. The stylish villa by the Schwanenteich is located directly on the beautiful Schwanenteich in Burg. It features 4 holiday apartments, all of which offer a stunning view of the garden.
The “Schwan 1” holiday rental is 45 square metres and accommodates up to 4 people. This apartment underwent extensive renovations in 2023. All rooms have laminate flooring. The layout includes a bedroom with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a living-dining area with a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space. A high chair and a travel cot are available. These items are provided for you in a separate guest shed. The double bed has been fitted with new mattresses (2024).

The kitchenette is modernly equipped with a 4-burner induction stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a microwave with grill function. There is an ample supply of dishes and silverware (please bring your own dish sponges, tea towels, dish soap, etc.)
From the slightly elevated south-facing terrace, which is accessible through the living area, you’ll enjoy a relaxing view of the communal garden, complete with lounge chairs and a barbecue area. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture and invites you to unwind. 　

The holiday rental is bright, lovingly, and warmly furnished. There is also a shed in the garden for storing bicycles and sports equipment. Parking for your car is available right in front of the house.


Your four-legged friends are also very welcome here!

Access to the house is via Kämmererweg. Wi-Fi is available free of charge! The TV in this apartment also has Netflix access.

The beautiful villa is located in Burg, centrally situated and close to the beach, in a very quiet residential area. The holiday apartments are ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy peace and quiet but doesn’t want to miss out on the amenities of Burg’s historic town centre. The apartments are just a few minutes’ walk from Burg’s picturesque town centre; restaurants and a variety of shopping options are within walking distance.
The Burgstaaken fishing harbour is about a 30-minute walk away, directly along the inland lake. The fine-grained South Beach and the FehMare water park are easily accessible by bike or car, approximately 4.5 km away. The train station and the bus stop are also just a few minutes’ walk away.
You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10:00 a.m.) or a late check-out (departure by 4:00 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can always confirm these options no earlier than 1 week before arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to direct connecting bookings.

Note regarding consecutive bookings during the high season: During the high season, we can only accept consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must follow directly after the previous one and be preceded by the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap between two bookings that meets the minimum rental period requirement. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot manage this automatically, so we must manually verify this rule after receiving the booking request.
