Beautiful summer home located just blocks from the beach. Come enjoy our relaxing front porch, back yard patio, and firepit. The outdoor shower is best after a long day in the sand.

Located within walking distance to Belmar’s famous Djais, Joe’s Surf Shack, Bar A, and more! We look forward to hosting you!

The main living area offers exceptional natural light and combines with a large dining room table for group dinners and gatherings. Crossing through an additional dining area, is our spacious kitchen with new countertops and all appliances. The house has two main bedrooms on the first floor with queen beds in each. Heading upstairs, we offer an additional living space with a large third bedroom.

Once outside, space is limitless. Our front porch, combined with 4 Adirondack chairs, is perfect for lounging and enjoying the summer breeze. The back patio includes an outdoor table with umbrella, wicker furniture, and two lounge chairs. The outdoor shower is what any guest should experience after a day at the beach. Beyond the patio, we have a firepit surrounded by additional Adirondack chairs. The entire backyard is lit with string lights for the perfect evening vibe.

The property includes all utilities, wifi access, coffee station, Rokus with YouTube TV, washer/dryer, outdoor grill, 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, and board games. Bath/hand towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and linens/quilts all provided.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all used towels, linens, quilts by the washing machine.
Load dishwasher and run. Take all trash and recycling to the bins outside behind the outdoor shower.
Shut and lock all windows and doors. Turn front door code lock horizontal (left to right) to lock.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
QUIET HOURS strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am. Avoid loud music or conversation outside after 10pm. You are responsible for any noise violation.
No smoking of any kind on the property. No candles. No parties or large gatherings.
Street parking only. Driveway is shared between two homes for access. 'No parking' zone in front of the house ok for temporary loading/unloading.
