Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put garbage in the garbage bins on the side of the house.
Lock all windows, turn fans off and turn off all lights. Lock main front door and the side door as you leave.
Remove any personal food from the refrigerator.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets must be included and approved in the reservation before arrival. Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Pets must be on the leash at the lake
No Smoking or Recreational Drugs - No smoking inside the house - No use of recreational drug anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
Quite Hours 11pm-6am Please pick up after your pets in the yard. Bags are provided.
