Art filled 1908 house in Columbia City, close to Light Rail. Cozy, relaxing, fun

Art and color filled home with high ceilings and small rooms on the main floor. Open top floor is the main light filled bedroom with a California King bed. Smaller bedroom on 1st floor. There is enough space to gather together or have some private time.Full kitchen with sitting nook. Back porch with territorial view through a giant Deodora Cedar. There is a pergola in the yard that you are welcome to spent time in. Smoking okay outside. Well behaved dogs negotiable.
Downtown Columbia City is an easy walk, with a grocery store, restaurants, an art gallery, bakery, coffee shops and more. Light Rail is 3 blocks away, taking you to downtown in 15 minutes, to the airport in 20 minutes. A vehicle is not necessary but there is a parking pass available.
