Beautiful old house with large garden, 2/8 people, traditional country house

Authentic country house, tastefully restored and furnished, like in a park with old trees and lots of sunny and shady areas. The house is situated in the countryside near Sant Ferran in the heart of the island. All beaches and shops can be reached in a short time.
Parking is available on the property and also barbecue and garden furniture.
It is still recommended to hire a transport (car, scooter, bicycle).

Very nice house!

La villa di Simon è molto bella e di fascino: è una vecchia casa arredata con gusto. Si trova nella zona centrale dell'isola, a poca distanza dalle spiagge dell'isola, in mezzo alla campagna. Cucina ben attrezzata, non ha l'aria condizionata ma comodi ventilatori.

Great time in Formentera!

A beautiful & very well located house with 4 comfy and clean bedrooms. Our host was very nice, welcoming and accommodating. Me and my other 6 friends who stayed at this house would definitely recommend it.

Casa tradicional de formentera, una gran experiencia!

Lo mejor, el trato con los propietarios que nos facilitaron enormemente la estancia. comer en el porche cocinando en cocina tradicional. Lo peor el muelle de algunas camas. pero muy buena relacion calidad-precio, si volvemos a formentera, será aquí!

Wunderschöne, stilvolle Finca

Die Bilder im Online Inserat sind sehr aussagekräftig und authentisch. Ein wunderbares Haus, um sich zu erholen, tolle Schattenplätze, rustikale, originelle Küche, dicke Mauern, geschmackvoll und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Alt und echt wird ergänzt mit neu und schlicht. Alles in allem ein tolles Haus, an einer ruhigen Lage, wobei man in kürzester Zeit in den pulsierenden Städtchen ist. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Fahrzeug, da die Finca etwas im Landesinnern, an einer Naturstrasse steht. Ein kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich ganz in der Nähe, an der Hauptstrasse.

"La casa, in un contesto isolato e tipico dell''isola ma vicino a tutti i servizi è bellissima e comoda per ospitare tranquillamente otto persone. Credo sia meravigliosa da vivere anche in periodi meno caldi, visto che ha un caminetto al suo interno. In cucina non manca nulla, tranne forse il forno che è stato sostituito da uno a microonde. Le stanze da letto sono state ben curate negli arredi e molto romantiche. Abbiamo trascorso delle bellissime serate sotto il portico che segue la cucina tanto che ci risultava quasi superfluo uscire di sera.I prorpietari sono stati fin da subito gentilissimi facendoci trovare un minimo di spesa necessaria per poter cenare al nostro arrivo in tarda serata. Insomma consiglierei a chiunque di trascorrere qui la propria vacanza a Formentera!"
