A half bathroom is conveniently located on the first floor, along with a full size stackable washer/ dryer. The kitchen offers the essentials - ice maker, coffee maker, blender, toaster, air fryer and essential cookware. New modern furniture and decor throughout the space offer a comfortable and cozy experience. Conveniently located just steps to accessible transportation to Union Station, H st corridor and Capitol Hill. Free street parking is also available. Smart lock door entry is also available for a seamless check in/ out process. *IMPORTANT* This condo is located on the 3rd floor, with no elevator in the building.
