The single-level layout & convenient off-street parking make arrival easy, while the peaceful pine setting provides a comfortable home. This home is perfect for families, couples, and anyone seeking privacy.

Inside, you'll find smart TVs, games, a fully outfitted kitchen & everything you need to relax. Outside, there is a lovely fire pit, cornhole and a putting green. Whether you're here to explore downtown, hike the surrounding lakes and trails, or simply relax under the pines,

This is a true single-family home—no guest house / shared outdoor spaces. You'll enjoy the entire property in complete privacy. (Some Prescott rentals share the property with other residences, so be sure to confirm exactly what you're booking.). Pets are more than welcome, please be sure to include them on your reservation. Pet fee is $100.

Property was beautiful, remodeled with quality upgrades and amenities. The yard was perfect for relaxing and watching our dogs and grandson enjoying the weather. We will be coming back.

We had a great stay at the “Modern Prescott Hideaway”!. My wife and I had a nice walk to Whiskey Row for Lunch at one of the restaurants recommended in the welcome guide! We loved how clean and new everything was and the A/C worked well. I am a stickler for bedding and mattresses and the King bed was super comfy. They backyard was amazing and really does feel like you are in the middle of the pines. Not to mention the hosts were very timely in the their communication even though we didn't really need anything else. We will definitely stay here during our October trip back to Prescott!

Beautiful updated Prescott home close to downtown, restaurants, and shops. Appreciate all the modern amenities that come with this house. Everything is provided and is truly turn key rental. Wasn’t able to enjoy the backyard due to the rain. A great rental to relax or entertain. Brendon quickly responded to any questions prior to arriving. Made sure we had clear direction to and from the property. Highly recommend !

Two thumbs up for this adorable house. It was very clean and well stocked. It seems like it may have been recently remodeled as everything seems new and very well done. Beautiful bathrooms/showers. The AC worked great and kept us very comfortable. The backyard was large and equipped with a small mini golf game and corn hole. A beautiful gazebo with plenty of seating. It was a plus finding a fully fenced yard for our dog. Oh, did I mention the beds were heavenly!Joanie
