wir waren schon das 4. mal über Sylvester in dem Appartment. Alles tippitoppi. Sehr freundliche Verwaltung. Sehr Gut ausgestattetes App.. Mit dem Schwimmbad und dem Fitnessraum rundet den sehr guten Eindruck ab.

Wir waren nun schon zum dritten Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung und wir werden wiederkommen. Die Wohnung ist ansprechend, gemütlich und funktionell ausgestattet. Das frei nutzbare Schwimmbad, Sauna und Fitness Bereich sind top, sodass man auch bei schlechtem Wetter etwas für seinen Körper tun kann. Sauberkeit der Wohnung könnte besser sein. 1 harte Nudel und ein Maiskorn in der Küche gefunden. Unter den Betten wurde lange nicht feucht durchgewischt. Die Fernsehprogramme nicht geordnet. Konnten durch die vorhandenen Fernbedienungen nicht eingestellt werden. Ansonsten keine Beanstandungen.

Grundsätzlich wie beschrieben

Leider war der Pool etwas kühl. Der Fitness Raum war leider nicht nutzbar. Die Küchenutensilien sind nicht mehr die Neusten und teilweise sehr abgenutzt (Auflaufform, Pfannenwender) Sonst gut eingerichtet :-)

Residenz Rosenhof ist eine gute Wahl

Reibungslos war der Check In, dass Appartement wurde sauber übernommen und dementsprechendauch wieder übergeben. Die Ausstattung in der Wohnung ist reichhaltig. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was zum Frühstück oder zum Essen benötigt wird. Highlight ist der Pool und die Sauna im Kellerbereich.Der Fitnessraum konnte leider nicht benutzt werden, da wahrscheinlich renoviert wurde. Fazit, wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und gut gelegen … Der Pool war sehr sauber und immer zur Benutzung geöffnet . Es fehlten ein paar Kleinigkeiten im küchenbereich…( Salz und Pfefferstreuer) vielleicht auch ein wenig was zur Aufbewahrung (Zucker ) wären schön gewesen

Meerurlaub

Schon oft haben wir im Rosengrund eingecheckt. Immer wieder toll. Die ruhige Lage und auch die Ruhe im Haus laden ein zum Entspannen. Die Sauna und das kleine Schwimmbad ergänzen den empfehlenswerten Aufenthalt auch bei kälteren Tagen. Wir haben eine sehr saubere Ferienwohnung vor gefunden und waren überrascht, dass sogar die Betten bereits bezogen waren. Danke dafür. Der Weg zur Nordsee ist leicht zu erreichen und der kleine Spaziergang dorthin macht Appetit auf lecker Fischbrötchen. Diese Ferienwohnung - immer gern wieder. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Lage des Apartments ist super man kann alles schnell erreichen. Im Apartment gibt es alles was man benötigt es ist sauber und der Pool im Keller ist auch in Ordnung. Es gibt auch eine kleine Sauna:) Die Schlüssel haben eir an einer Tankstelle bekommen. Wir hatten vom Vermieter eine Email bekommen in der alles super beschrieben ist. Dieses Apartment ist super

Schöner Pool im Keller., da hatte das Kind viel Spass. Im Fitnessraum konnte man Tischtennis spielen und Fitnessgeräte benutzen. Pool hätte etwas wärmer sein können.
