About this property

Vista Mare: Hilltop Home with Ocean Views

Vista Mare (Latin for ocean view) sits high above the coastline with ocean views and sea breezes. Surrounded by gardens and overlooking Sandy Bay, the home offers a quiet seaside retreat

Inside, wood beams and hardwood floors set a comfortable tone. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking easy, and the open living and dining areas look out over the water. Mini-split air conditioning keeps the house comfortable year-round.

Wake up to water views from the primary bedroom and step onto the private balcony with your morning coffee. Spend time in the garden, watch the sunset, or simply enjoy the quiet of the coast.

Just a 2-minute drive from Back Beach and minutes from Rockport’s galleries, shops, restaurants, and Bearskin Neck, Vista Mare balances privacy with easy access to town.
