The high-quality SURF COAST holiday home will make your Baltic Sea holiday dreams come true. The modern holiday home is furnished in a laid-back “surfer style” (completely renovated in 2023). Whether as a couple, with the family, or with a group of friends: This beachfront holiday home is perfect for your Baltic Sea holiday in a central location!
Living Space
The living area of approximately 150 m², spread across five rooms, is optimally utilised. The holiday home comfortably accommodates 8 guests. On the ground floor is the large living room with an open kitchen. The cosy sofa area offers plenty of space for watching TV or game nights together, and there’s also a cosy reading nook with two armchairs. From there, you can access one of the two terraces—equipped with Adirondack chairs and an awning—which faces west. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the counter features four comfortable bar stools for seating. The light-filled, separate dining room offers plenty of seating on the wide windowsills in addition to the eight seats at the dining table. Through the patio door, you’ll reach the spacious sun terrace with a dining area and additional garden chairs.
The ground floor also features one of the four bedrooms with a comfortable double bed (1.80 m wide), as well as one of the two bathrooms with a large walk-in shower and the guest bathroom.
The attic level houses the second, slightly smaller, bathroom as well as three additional bedrooms (each with a 1.80 m wide double bed). The rooms can be completely darkened with blackout curtains.
Entertainment
A large LED TV (55 inches) in the living room is perfect for film nights together. In addition, three bedrooms are equipped with 43-inch TVs. With free high-speed Wi-Fi access, you can stream your favourite shows in top quality at any time, even while on holiday. Internet radio is also included in the entertainment package.
Design & Style
The SURF COAST holiday home is bright, airy, and yet cosy. Colour accents in fresh shades of blue and green, which echo the colour palette of the Baltic Sea, flow gently through all the rooms. The name is reflected throughout the house; the casual surf and beach vibe creates a relaxed holiday atmosphere.
Parking & Bicycles
To save you the trouble of searching for a parking spot during your holiday, two parking spaces are available free of charge right in front of the house. Electric cars can be charged at the charging station for a fee. Your bicycles can be stored safely and dry in the bike shed, which includes a power outlet for charging e-bikes.

The mandatory tourist tax (for guests 18 years of age and older) is not included in the room rate and is charged separately. Please feel free to contact us in advance to enquire about prices. The price range is between €0.50 and €3.00 per night per person.
