About this property

Peaceful lakeside, Mid-century Cottage in the Allegany Hills and Amish country.

This peaceful, waters-edge, mid- century cottage is nestled in the hills of Allegany County and Amish County. Plenty of wildlife life on this small quiet lake. Kayaks and canoes welcome. Sunsets are directly in front of the huge lakeside decks. Upper deck is covered for rainy days. We are right off of the Genesee Greenway Trail System for amazing hiking. We are not far from local shopping, coffee houses, groceries and entertainment. There is a horse barn about 15 minutes away for those who want to ride, learn or have an equine therapy session. The yard has a fireplace, picinic tables and plenty of room to hang out. There is a nice dock with 2 peddle boats for guest use at no extra charge. Dogs always welcome also at no extra charge. I have been hosting for 5 years on another site and I love helping to make memorable moments happen.
