The modern, comfortably furnished "Silberperle" holiday rental is located just 700 m from the beach. The bedroom features a double bed with a sleeping area measuring 180 x 200 cm (separate mattresses) and a second TV. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The apartment’s quiet yet central location is ideal for your holiday. The living room features a sleeper sofa with mattresses for a comfortable night’s sleep. Fly screens in the living room and bedroom keep those pesky insects at bay. The balcony overlooks greenery and has an awning for shade. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could want, including a dishwasher, microwave, stove, glass-ceramic cooktop, and a coin-operated washing machine. A clothes drying rack is available for the balcony.
For the little ones, a cot with a mattress, a high chair, and—in the attached shed—a handcart for transporting beach gear are available free of charge.

Bed linens and towels are not included but can be booked for an additional fee. Enjoy the direct proximity to the beach and the mystical Ghost Forest—a paradise for walks, photography, and romantic sunsets. Rostock, Warnemünde, and the charming spa town of Bad Doberan—with its cathedral, summer toboggan run, and spa museum—offer a variety of day-trip destinations in the area.
The 3-km-long natural beach at Nienhagen and the picturesque cliffs are just a few minutes’ walk away. This Baltic Sea resort has been awarded the “Blue Flag” multiple times for its excellent water quality.

From Berlin: A19 → Rostock interchange → A20 towards Lübeck → Exit 13 Bad Doberan/Schwaan → Bad Doberan → Warnemünde → Rethwisch → Ostseebad Nienhagen.


From Hamburg: A1 → A20 towards Rostock → Exit 13 Bad Doberan/Schwaan → Bad Doberan → Warnemünde → Rethwisch → Ostseebad Nienhagen.

Description of the outdoor area:
The holiday rental is located in the town centre, right next to the forest. The trails through the “Ghost Forest” invite you to take a walk right above the beach. Wellness treatments are available in town. A small corner store provides you with daily necessities. But you don’t have to drive far for larger shopping trips either.
The golf course is located just outside Warnemünde, about a 10-minute drive away.
By bike, guests can easily take day trips along the Baltic Sea Cycle Route: eastward towards Warnemünde and Rostock, and westward to the Baltic Sea resorts of Heiligendamm and Kühlungsborn all the way to Rerik. There is a bike rental shop in town, so you don’t need to bring your own bikes.
