The holiday rental is 60 m² and features a terrace with a garden area of approximately 70 m². <br>The living room features an open-concept kitchen equipped with all modern appliances, such as a dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc. The living room features a TV and radio, a CD and DVD player, and a double sofa bed. <br>The bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm) with separate mattresses. A cot and a high chair are available for our youngest guests. Free Wi-Fi is available. A washing machine is also available for free use in the bathroom with a shower.<br>The terrace is furnished with patio furniture.<br>A quick note for our guests: <br>Bed linens & towels are not included but can be booked for an additional fee.<br>If you’re travelling with a dog, additional fees apply.
