We are the new & excited owners of this amazing property that has been run as a successful vacation rental for many years!
Nestled in the Applegate Valley among rolling vineyards, this riverfront retreat offers a peaceful escape. Just 11 miles from Jacksonville and the Britt Festival, you’ll enjoy wine country living, steps from Red Lily Vineyards . Unwind down by the river, hang out by the bonfire, soak in the hot tub, or relax indoors with movies and games. A perfect getaway you’ll want to revisit.
We live on the property and you may see us walk down to the river with our pup. We are available if you’d like to chat or need anything during your stay. We also share the property with our very friendly Labrador puppy, who may happily greet you — but only if you welcome the attention.

Turn off the Heat or AC Unit.
Make sure all furniture is where it was when you arrived.
Make sure the Hot-tub cover is on.
Please clean the BBQ thoroughly before leaving if you used it.

Hosting this property is an absolute joy as it's so fun to see larger groups of friends and family get together and make memories together whether they are BBQing on the back deck, playing cornhole out on the large grassy property or swimming down at the River.

This place is absolutely magical! We are on 4.5 acres on the Applegate River with a park like setting in the Applegate Valley Wine region. We have 17 + wineries within 2-20 mins of us and we are about a 15 min drive to the Britt in Jacksonville.
What makes this property unique
This property blends the comforts and beauty of a lovely home with a park like setting out in the wine country next to the river...what's not to love! Our property can easily host a larger group of up to 12 people for family reunions, 3-4 couples getting away for a quiet weekend to go wine tasting or fun girls weekend!
