Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip used linens and leave on the bed for the cleaner. Gather any used towels and place in the bathtub.
Wash all used dishes.
Return Parking pass to its proper location by the welcome basket on the counter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late checkout may result in a $50 late checkout fee. Late checkout must be requested and approved in advance.
Please rinse all the sand off of the beach chairs and umbrella before bringing them back into the condo.

The place was perfect for what we needed. We were in town for Nascar for the weekend and also wanted to be near the beach. This was perfect. It was so nice to walk straight out to the pool and the beach access was right there too. We brought our 2 kids and our 2 nephews and between the 2 beds and the pullout couch it was great. Just the right amount of space.It was also fully stocked with just about anything you could think you'd need. My husband and I were already saying we'd definitely book here again. We loved it. Thank you!
