Villa Glückspilz, with its three stylish and cosy holiday apartments and charming separate garden lounge, is located in Kühlungsborn West. It’s wonderfully quiet and situated very close to the beautiful beach. Just 200 metres away, guests can experience the vastness and beauty of the Baltic Sea. Here, on the pristine sandy beach, you can enjoy the special charm of the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn, combined with a Nordic maritime lifestyle characterised by clarity, health, relaxation, and a zest for life by the sea.

The Gartenlounge is the complex’s separate, cosy little holiday home, accommodating up to 2 guests. Each unit features its own balcony or terrace area. The three holiday apartments are spacious, tastefully and high-quality furnished, and can accommodate 2–4 guests.


Villa Glückspilz is a holiday home with a special history. This elegant house was built in 1911 and has welcomed holidaymakers from the very beginning. At that time, guests were personally picked up from the Mollibahn station in Heiligendamm by two white horses. The villa is still owned by the original family today and was reopened in 2016 with a love for tradition, a keen eye for detail, and a sense of style. Guests appreciate the short walk to the sea, the central yet quiet location, and the hospitality of their hosts, who demonstrate a keen sense of their guests’ needs. A thoroughly relaxing and simply beautiful experience. The small holiday home is located on the villa’s garden grounds.

Amenities: A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge. The beds are freshly made upon arrival, and towels are also provided.



Garden Lounge Holiday Home:

The private garden lounge offers 40 square metres of space for up to 2 guests. The house is like a little gem in the heart of Kühlungsborn West, very close to the beach yet secluded and private.
The open kitchen area is tastefully decorated and fully equipped. The kitchen features a 4-burner stove, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and other kitchen utensils.
The living room, with its cosy seating area and TV, invites you to relax and enjoy time together. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a closet. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a toilet. The house has a beautiful furnished terrace with a Hollywood swing for relaxing holiday moments under the open sky.

Services: One free parking space is available per apartment. The beds are freshly made upon arrival, and towels are also provided.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
