From the quiet 2-room holiday apartment “Stella Maris,” located right behind the Hotel Neptun, it’s just 100 metres to the Warnemünde beach promenade. Just enjoy your holiday. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a small holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few steps from the Baltic Sea beach.

The “Stella Maris” holiday apartment, located on the 2nd floor, is designed for 2 people. The old villa, located directly behind the Hotel Neptun, contains several apartments as well as a Catholic chapel (services are held on Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. and Sundays at 10:30 a.m.; each lasts about 1 hour, and you can expect to hear organ music and singing).
The holiday apartment features a living room (with TV) and an open kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The entire apartment is carpeted and reserved for non-smokers.

A parking space is available free of charge at the house, provided it is not occupied.
Please note: From now until the end of August 2026, the parking space is unavailable for new bookings due to construction work.

The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels, shower mat).

Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, beach, promenade, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

Visitor’s tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: €3.70/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): €1.45/day
Children ages 6–14: €1.45/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered disability certificate
Children up to age 5, business travellers, athletes, conference participants, travellers in transit, local residents
