We found this house as a last minute booking for a trip to see my family. I am so glad we found it. The hotels were pretty high for the weekend and the majority of short term rentals were booked and then this listing appeared. It is newly remodeled, very clean and spacious. Kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. Anthony was very responsive. The house is located on a very quiet street and was conveniently located. We will definitely stay here again.

I've returned to settle down and enjoy a less hectic lifestyle. After traveling across the country and around the world, I've come to realize what a unique and special place Northwest Arkansas is for living.

As an engineer, I'm meticulous and very detail oriented. I live locally and will go above and beyond to ensure my guests have a pleasant, safe, and relaxing stay.

Why they chose this property

Centerton is a fantastic family oriented neighborhood that is just minutes outside of the traffic, construction, and urban development of Bentonville. It is regularly listed as one of the safest neighborhoods in Arkansas, and makes a great place to just enjoy the fresh are and go for a walk. Visitors will also find many local parks, conveniences, and dining just a few miles away.

What makes this property unique

This is just a great cozy little house that has been extensively upgraded and remodeled for short term stays. It has a great private kitchen area that overlooks the back yard, so we've upgraded all the appliances and put in the effort to ensure it will work well for visitors who like to cook.

The backyard is also much larger than most homes in the area and is fully enclosed, so any traveling pets can run out and get some exercise.
