A little paradise in Gigaro: this charming 32 m² apartment with sea view and garden is just 400 m (private path) from the beautiful Gigaro beach and the Conservatoire du Littoral. This is a rare and exceptional spot on the Côte d’Azur, renowned for its natural surroundings.



Renovated in 2022, the apartment features air conditioning, high-speed fiber internet, a south-facing terrace with views of the sea and the islands of Port-Cros and Porquerolles, plus a shaded 30 m² east-facing garden. Private parking is available nearby. A small mezzanine is available for young children; please contact the owner via the platform for details.



Lou Cigalou is located in a private 50-hectare terraced estate surrounded by umbrella pines and oleanders. The sea views are stunning from every angle. Within the estate, 500 m from the apartment, you’ll find a 25 m x 12 m pool with relaxation area, sun loungers, lifeguard, and four shaded tennis courts.



The property is secure and monitored at all times. The caretaker makes regular rounds.



Inside, the apartment offers a living room with open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with double bed (160x200), wardrobes, and bookshelf. There’s also a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, electric barbecue, and washing machine. The terrace and garden have dining tables and loungers. Pros: Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux. Dès notre arrivée, on a posé la voiture… et là, on a soufflé. Les vacances pouvaient commencer. L’appartement est idéalement situé, entre la mer et la piscine, très fonctionnel et avec une literie vraiment confortable. Et puis il y a cette terrasse… La vue nous plonge directement dans ce magnifique écrin de verdure. Le domaine est calme, paisible, vraiment parfait pour un séjour en famille. Nous avons découvert un endroit incroyable, avec des paysages magnifiques, de belles randonnées des petites criques, et la Plage des brious et une nature encore préservée. C’est exactement ce que nous recherchions pour nos vacances. On s’est tellement sentis bien ici que je serais bien restée encore quelques jours… C’était vraiment merveilleux. Nous reviendrons dans cet endroit, c’est certain! Et merci à François, notre hôte, qui est très sympathique, disponible.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eigerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Meer sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss und auch an geeigneten Spaziergängen fehlt es nicht! Bei Einchecken hat alles wunderbar geklappt! 🙏
