Welcome to Lake & Lark House, a boutique lakefront retreat just minutes from Downtown Orlando. This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home blends timeless style, comfort, and the warmth of a private residence, with beautiful lake views throughout the main living spaces.

The first floor features the private Lake & Lark Suite with a king-size poster bed and ensuite bathroom, along with an inviting living room, dining area, and well-appointed kitchen. Large windows bring in natural light and frame views of the lake.

Upstairs are three additional bedrooms: the Blossom Sunset Suite, the Lake View Loft, and the Coastal Retreat. The Blossom Sunset Suite and Coastal Retreat each offer two full-size beds, while the Lake View Loft features a queen bed. Two full bathrooms serve the upper level.

Outside, enjoy the lakefront patio, outdoor seating, and peaceful views beneath a majestic oak tree. Whether you're enjoying morning coffee by the water or watching the sunset, the outdoor spaces are designed for relaxing and enjoying the best of Florida.
