We had the best family weekend at this cozy lake house! It was so comfortable and relaxing. Our son really enjoyed fishing right off the property and took advantage of all the games provided, especially the outdoor ping pong table and the indoor dartboard! The host was easy to communicate with and accommodating, as we had some travel issues leading up to our stay, and they made sure everything at the house was set for our arrival. We will definitely book this special spot again!

The location is amazing, beautiful view, convenient and peaceful. The home was great and had everything we needed. The host made everything very easy from check I to check out. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to book again. One of the best stays we’ve had from VRBO.

Stayed for a wedding at the Capen House in Winter Park and it was the perfect fit for us. Karen was the best host we have ever dealt with and we have stayed in many places over the years! Thank you!

Classic old Florida home on Lake Sue

We loved our stay. The home has a lovely renovated primary bathroom. It's got some old features like any true old home. The host replied at all questions very quickly. Would love to stay there again. ProTip about the neighborhood. It's a fabulous walking neighbhood after you get over the bridge. There are sidewalks for miles in a quiet beautiful neighborhood and walking around Lake Sue is a joy.

Beautiful midcentury home in a beautiful lakeside location. Our host was extremely responsive and quickly accommodated one special request that we had. Probably my best short-term rental experience ever.

Our multi-generational group loved the house! Everyone had an ample sized bedroom. The beds were extremely comfortable-perfect night sleeps all around. Sitting out by the lake was the perfect spot to bring us all together.

We had family visiting us from Pennsylvania who stayed at this house, which is within walking distance of our home. They had a wonderful visit and enjoyed the lake view and walkability of the neighborhood! Highly recommend staying here!
