The apartment in “Haus Groote Blüse” was completely renovated in 2015 and features comfortable amenities such as a walk-in shower, a flat-screen TV, and modern furnishings. Thanks to its southwest-facing location, a particularly beautiful light streams into the living areas, creating a cosy atmosphere.

The separate bedroom in this Borkum holiday rental is furnished with a high-quality double bed. The living room features two sleeper sofas that can accommodate two additional guests.

For convenient self-catering, the separate kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, and various small appliances. Alternatively, you can, of course, treat yourself to some culinary delights and enjoy the regional cuisine: numerous restaurants in Borkum serve delicious North Sea specialities. There are often tasty dishes tailored to children’s tastes for your little ones, too!

"Haus Groote Blüse" is in a quiet yet central location—just five minutes from the main beach. In addition to spacious sunbathing areas and beach chairs for relaxing, a wide range of sports activities awaits you here—including beach aerobics, beach volleyball, surfing, and sailing.
Supermarkets and boutiques are within easy walking distance. A doctor’s office is located right in the building.

During your holiday in Borkum, enjoy leisurely bike rides through the dunes or long walks along the white sandy beach! Visits to cafés with ocean views, dinner at one of the recommended restaurants, and romantic sunsets with a glass of fine wine round out the perfect holiday experience!

Komplett eingerichtete Küche, renoviertes Bad, separates WC, schöne Aussicht auf den neuen Leuchtturm haben mir gut gefallen. Auch das man schnell an der Promenade oder in der Innenstadt ist, ist positiv zu erwähnen. Die Sofas im Wohnzimmer sind fleckig, die Möbel im Schlafzimmer aus den 1950ern haben mich dann doch negativ überrascht. Das Bett, Matratze waren gut. Die Wohnung sauber und insgesamt ihren Preis wert. Positiv war auch, dass die Heizung noch eingeschaltet war. War leider im Mai noch nötig. Beim nächsten Mal werde ich mir aber eine andere Lösung suchen

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Die Räumlichkeiten sind im Vergleich zu anderen Wohnungen auf der Insel sehr großzügig und man hat genügend Platz für 2 Personen. Wenn es noch eine Sitzgelegenheit im Freien gäbe, wäre es rundum perfekt. Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen.
