The living space of this approximately 68 m² apartment is divided into a living room (with Wi-Fi and satellite TV) featuring an open kitchenette, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living/dining room features a large, cosy seating area, as well as an open kitchenette and a dining table; the kitchenette is equipped with, among other things, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator, a toaster, and a coffee maker. The two bedrooms each feature one double bed (1.80 x 2 m) and a chest of drawers. One of the bedrooms has two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed upon request. The windows can be darkened with blinds. The bathroom features a shower, a corner bathtub, and a toilet. <br>The apartment was freshly renovated in 2024.<br><br>In the garden, guests have access to a seating area with patio furniture, a beach chair, and a grill. <br><br>Shopping options are located in the immediate vicinity: a Netto supermarket and an EDEKA supermarket with a bakery are just a few minutes’ walk away.
