One of the best equipped apartments we have ever stayed in! The little extras were great!!! We loved the location! The pasta place out the front of the main lobby is welcome on a late arrival afternoon, and the French coffee shop round the corner on 1st Ave is an absolute delight! The pool is heated/indoors so great for the little ones to swim in! Make sure you pay attention to the host checkin procedures to ensure you get into the apartment smoothly, particularly in summer the turnover and the peopleComing and going make it a little hectic so following their info will save you time!!!

Close to everything. Lots of restaurants and bars right out the front door. Short walk to Pikes Place. Safe neighborhood. Parking in the garage was easy. Everything is very safe and secure. We enjoyed the pool, sauna and hot tub. Definitely would stay again.

The room is clean and nice. Conveniently located. There tons of rules and the contact needs to meet you to get in the room on his time. Get the wifi information beforehand. They don’t list it and the contact doesn’t care if you get it. Cell service was poor in the room.

The rules are set by the HOA and, unfortunately, cannot be changed. The WiFi information is always included in the guest’s trip planner and check-in email. For convenience, there is a large garbage can in the kitchen along with a smaller one under the sink. We appreciate your comments as they help us improve the guest experience.

Great place to stay! Cozy and clean, very welcoming host! The street noise was a lot, and the pool was closed for construction but those are things happen. The check out process with the fob is a lot but it’s the price you pay for security. Close to all the touristy things. It was a great find in Belltown.
