A comfortable, lovingly furnished holiday home with a ground floor, ground floor, and attic, accommodating up to 6 people plus a toddler, located right in the heart of Norddeich on a quiet cul-de-sac. With approximately 80 square metres of living space and 3 separate bedrooms, it offers plenty of room even for a longer holiday stay. The sheltered south/west-facing terrace is not visible from the street, and the garden is surrounded by lush greenery thanks to a tall hedge. Two private parking spaces are available in front of the house. Within a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the beach, the new seawater wave pool “Ocean Wave” (swimming fun and wellness all year round), the spa gardens, the children’s playhouse, the seal sanctuary, and the mini-golf course at the “dancing stones.” The ferry terminal, for a possible visit to the islands, is about 800 metres away. Restaurants, a pastry shop, and shopping are in the immediate vicinity.
