Perched at 4,250 feet elevation inside the exclusive gates of The Lodges at Eagle’s Nest in Camp Eagles Nest, this home puts you in the heart of the mountains. A short walk leads to the Great Camp in one direction and the North Pavilion in the other—but the real star is the view. Step onto the back deck, and ridgelines unfold in layered beauty, stretching all the way into Tennessee and Virginia. It’s the kind of panoramic scene that shapes your morning plans and stays with you long after you leave.

• Two king-bed suites, each with its own private bathroom and dedicated TV
• Open-concept living room between bedrooms for total separation of spaces
• Living area chair converts to a bed, accommodating 2 additional guests
• Convenient half-bath for common-area use—no need to pass through bedrooms
• A loft accessible only by ladder and can sleep two additional people. Please note this is only ladder accessible, do not allow small children in the loft for safety.

Check-out instructions
The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn things off: In winter, thermostat DOWN to 60 degrees do NOT turn off the heat or the hot tub. In summer, UP to 80 degrees. Switch off the lights, appliancea and make sure the fire table is off.
Take care of trash: Bag trash in outdoor bear-proof bin. No curbside pickup—excess to Avery County center (15–20 mins). Start dishwasher before leaving.
Lock up: Please close and lock all the windows and doors, put the hot tub cover back on, and make sure the front door is locked behind you. Checkout is by 10:00 AM. I'd love to host you again!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. You must be at least 25 YRS OF AGE TO BOOK. This is a NON SMOKING PROPERTY, including vaping.
Parties and events are not allowed. Dogs are welcome - up to two, with a pet fee per dog.
Please pick up after them; this is a community everybody shares. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
