This semi-detached house (non-smoking) with 55 m² of living space offers plenty of room for 4 adults and 1 toddler up to 3 years old in a travel cot. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living/dining area let in plenty of natural light and provide direct access to the covered, furnished terrace (southeast-facing). A grill completes the outdoor area. The cosy, Swedish-style living area is furnished with a sofa corner, coffee table, smart TV with satellite reception, a radio, and a natural wood sideboard. On cooler days, the fireplace (firewood included) and the underfloor heating provide pleasant warmth. Your entertainment options are complemented by free Wi-Fi access. The adjacent kitchenette, featuring an oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, range hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and small kitchen appliances, leaves nothing to be desired. You can enjoy your meals at the dining table, which comes with 4 chairs. Both bedrooms are located on the upper floor; each is equipped with two box-spring beds (each measuring 0.80 m x 2.00 m), bedside tables, insect screens, a safe, and a closet. You can access the balcony from both bedrooms. In addition, you can set up a travel cot in one of the bedrooms. The naturally lit bathroom, located on the same level, is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, makeup mirror, sink, towel warmer, and hair dryer. For our younger guests, 1 high chair and 1 travel cot (including mattress, without bedding) are provided free of charge. Two small pets are welcome for a fee. A small laundry room is available for your use. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own linens. If you book 2 or more packages, you’ll receive 1 tea towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time bonus.



Would you like to spend your holiday on a dune by a beautiful beach, surrounded by sheltering old pine trees? Then come stay in one of our 8 semi-detached houses, which are furnished in a Swedish style with great attention to detail. Each can accommodate 4 adults + 1 toddler up to 3 years old in a travel cot. All houses feature a covered patio and a balcony. In the area, there’s a bakery that not only sells fresh baked goods and groceries but also serves as an information centre (closed from early January through one week before Easter, as well as during Christmas and winter break as needed). You can also use a laundry facility for a fee. A special feature is our fine-sand beach directly behind the dune. The wide beach and shallow water stretch for over 1 km and invite you to swim and relax. A well-maintained hiking and biking trail on the dune leads to the neighbouring towns of Göhren and Sellin. The Baltic Sea resort of Baabe offers excellent amenities, including many shopping options, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The promenade and the Kurmuschel are only about 300 metres away. As a spa guest, you can use our Baabe Bäderbahn railway and the bus service between Sellin and Klein Zicker free of charge. Boat tours are also available from our small harbour on the western side of town (Selliner See). Those who wish to venture further can explore the island on foot, by bike, by car, or via the “Rasender Roland” train.
