Twenty-three beautiful apartments (completed in 1998) with cosy, individually designed interiors look forward to your visit. Villa Margot is just 50 metres from the beach and the promenade and is also an ideal starting point for exploring the imperial spas as well as the inland region, rich in forests and lakes. There is beach access right in front of the building.

This lovingly furnished apartment is located at the end of Bansiner Bergstraße. The apartment features a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, and an 8-square-meter balcony facing the sea.

Enjoy the immediate proximity to the beach and the sound of the sea. This apartment has a designated parking space in the underground garage (for cars up to a maximum height of 1.70 m and a maximum length of 5.00 m).
