Unfortunately when we arrived, our unit was under renovations and we were downgraded to a unit that did not meet what we were looking for. I’m giving 4 stars for the quick communication with management and for getting an appropriate refund for all the trouble. Had we stayed in the room we actually reserved, I believe we would have had a smooth and great stay.
